Since the inception of the program, the CAF RISE ABOVE has had the privilege to work with and have the support of many original Tuskegee Airmen and WASP. The Squadron has learned many important lessons from their war service as well as their successful careers and personal lives. This valuable insight has become the CAF RISE ABOVE’s Six Guiding Principles, which serve as the foundation of their educational outreach program.

If you don’t believe great things can happen, then they never will. When the Airmen and WASP returned from war to everyday life, they faced many challenges. However, they knew they could handle them, and they did. Expect the best and work for it, even when it seems very hard.
