logo-mainFor our supporters and aviation enthusiasts near St. Louis, if you’re not already planning to attend the amazing Fair Saint Louis then we’ve got a TWO big reasons for you to come on down to “America’s Biggest Birthday Party” – our RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit and one of the original Tuskegee Airmen!

Fair Saint Louis is truly a spectacular event, receiving the worthy attention as one of America’s most spectacular Independence Day celebrations. Tomorrow through Saturday, the Fair is open and FREE to visitors. The entertainment line-up for this year’s event is amazing and includes Bonnie Raitt, The Band Perry, Gavin DeGraw, The Fray, Musiq Soulchild and so much more. See the event schedule for daily Fair hours and the full line-up of events and entertainment.

Most excitingly, American hero and original Tuskegee Airman Lt. Col. George Hardy will accompany our RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit! Come down and meet Lt. Col. Hardy for an autograph, a handshake and to learn from this living legend what it took to RISE ABOVE during his time serving in WWII as one of our nation’s first African-American pilots.

Our exhibit – always FREE – will be located at the James S. McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park, and will be open to visitors TODAY through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Fair St. Louis Foundation, operator of the Fair, has donated numerous gifts to the St. Louis Community in conjunction with their events. Over the years, the foundation has contributed to the lighting of the Eads Bridge, the Mississippi River Overlook and the mile-long Riverfront Promenade, and was a partner in providing the Grand Staircases beneath the Arch as part of the National Park System.

Thank you to this wonderful organization for helping to bring our inspirational message of the Tuskegee Airmen to the St. Louis community. Come visit and learn more about us, and meet a true American hero!
