Type D-1 Jacket with name and service number stamped on inside along with leather name tag on outside of the jacket. Lt. Everett Emerson Richardson was a Navigator / Bombardier with the 477th Bombardment Group. He entered service on October 19th, 1942 at Olmstead Field, Middletown Air Depot, Middletown, PA. He separated from service January 27th, 1947 at Lockbourne Army Air Base, Columbus 17, Ohio. Everett was born on April 27th, 1917 in High Point, North Carolina. Included are his enlistment cards and compensation letter. Prior to his service he was a bartender for the railroad.

Shawn purchased the jacket via an auction and it is in his personal collection. He is also a CAF volunteer and Museum Officer at the CAF Minnesota Wing working on their Tuskegee display which he is loaning the jacket for the display.
