Intro page graphic 4This weekend, March 15 and 16, marks the 2014 “Lightening in the Desert” Open House and Air Show at Luke Air Force Base outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Come enjoy the sun, the screaming jet engines of the Air Force Thunderbirds and other exciting aerial performances, AND see our first-hand RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit and P-51C Mustang perform in the skies!

The event will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Come see our free RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit and view our original movie about the Tuskegee Airmen, check out all the static aircraft on display and take in the sights and sounds of the air show performances from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Keep your eyes out for our P-51C Tuskegee Airmen as our pilot demonstrates the maneuvers of this majestic and much-loved vintage warbird for the audience!
