Khaki slacks called “General’s Pants”, white blouses and overseas caps were worn by the very first classes as their ‘dress’ uniforms for graduations. Also worn with A-2 leather jacket with “Fifi” patch on left front. Because the trainees were expected to pass in review for visiting general officers, they were required to buy tan slacks and a white blouse. Forevermore, these pants would be nicknamed, “General’s Pants”.
